    Terms of Service

    By using Sentimaps, you agree to the following terms. These terms set out who provides the service, the rules for your account and payments, the Google Business Profile integration, and the limits of liability.

    Service provider

    • Sentimaps is operated by EGOS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (United Kingdom, Companies House No. 17154724).

    Service scope

    • Review aggregation from multiple map sources, including Google Maps, Yandex, and Apple Maps.
    • AI-powered sentiment analysis and topic classification.
    • Location scoring, dashboards, and reporting.
    • For Google, enabling business owners to reply to their Google Business Profile reviews.

    Accounts and acceptable use

    • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
    • Unauthorized access and misuse of the service are prohibited.
    • Reverse engineering and circumvention of security measures are prohibited.
    • Shared access must follow the role-based permissions within your organization.

    Google Business Profile and third-party services

    • By connecting your Google account, you authorize Sentimaps to access your Google Business Profile accounts, locations, reviews, and replies through Google APIs.
    • Sign-in also uses your Google account identity (openid, email, profile); the specific Google user data accessed is fully described in our Privacy Policy: https://sentimaps.com/privacy
    • You remain responsible for your own use, including any replies you publish through Sentimaps.
    • Your use of Google Business Profile is also governed by Google's own terms and policies.
    • Availability of the Google Business Profile features depends on Google's APIs and policies; Google may change, limit, or discontinue that access, and such changes are outside our control.
    • You can revoke this access at any time; details of the Google user data processed are set out in our Privacy Policy: https://sentimaps.com/privacy

    Payments, plans, and refunds

    • Plan limits and billing follow the package you select.
    • Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) acts as the Merchant of Record and payment processor.
    • Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, including a 14-day window: https://sentimaps.com/refund

    Intellectual property

    • The Sentimaps platform, software, trademarks, and all related intellectual property rights belong to EGOS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.
    • You retain the rights to the content you upload or connect; we process it only to provide the service to you.
    • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform except as expressly permitted.

    Disclaimer and limitation of liability

    • Review accuracy depends on the source platforms, and we do not independently guarantee it.
    • AI insights are decision support; they are not binding and do not constitute a guarantee.
    • The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
    • To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
    • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

    Termination

    • You may close your account at any time; charges are non-refundable except as set out in the Refund Policy.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service in case of material violations of these terms.
    • Upon termination, the handling of your data is subject to the retention terms in our GDPR Disclosure.

    Changes to these terms

    • We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the current version on this page.
    • We will notify you of material changes in advance (for example, by email or in-app notice) with a reasonable notice period before they take effect.
    • Your continued use of the service after that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    Governing law

    • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
