Refund Policy

    You are entitled to an unconditional refund within 14 days of purchasing a Sentimaps subscription.

    14-day refund window

    • You may request a refund within 14 days of your new subscription's start date
    • No reason is required
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
    • Processing takes 5-10 business days after approval

    Out of scope

    • Subscriptions past the 14-day window (you may cancel anytime; the remaining period stays active)
    • Renewal charges (cancel auto-renewal to prevent future charges)
    • Accounts found to be in material violation of the Terms of Service

    How to request a refund

    • Email info@sentimaps.com from your account email with your Paddle order ID
    • We review within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome
    • Refunds are processed via our payment provider Paddle
